  • Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely intervention and sound decision-making.
  • Safeguard delivery quality across projects by maintaining visibility on progress, bottlenecks, deviations, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure project execution remains pragmatic and outcome-oriented, balancing standardization, customer needs, and operational feasibility.

People Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead and manage a team of functional and technical consultants and/or project-assigned specialists within the RIC structure.
  • Plan, allocate, and rebalance resources across projects in line with priorities, capacity, required competencies, and delivery commitments.
  • Drive performance, accountability, and behaviours aligned with a high-performing project delivery culture.
  • Provide coaching, regular feedback, performance evaluation input, and development guidance to team members.
  • Support capability development and succession readiness by identifying gaps in skills, experience, and role maturity across the team.

Portfolio, Demand, and Capacity Management

  • Maintain an up-to-date regional project pipeline, ensuring clear visibility on demand, status, capacity, and execution outlook.
  • Structure and translate incoming business demand from countries, business development, and regional stakeholders into realistic planning scenarios.
  • Align priorities, resource needs, sequencing, and delivery trade-offs with the Head of RIC NW.
  • Create transparency on project workload, consultant utilization, and execution constraints to support informed prioritization and governance decisions.
  • Contribute to regional planning cycles and master planning processes by ensuring project demand and delivery capacity are continuously aligned.

  • Ensure design, delivery, and project governance remain connected throughout the project lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Ensure all projects follow agreed Rhenus governance principles, project methodologies, templates, and tooling standards (e.g. JIRA).
  • Promote disciplined project execution through structured planning, reporting, issue management, and decision documentation.

  • Work closely with project teams, architects, and stakeholders to improve the effectiveness and business value of implementation and migration activities.
  • Support the Head of RIC in monitoring key delivery indicators and identifying structural opportunities to increase value from project activities.
