Location: Jimmy Choo Head Office, London
Reports to: Senior Manager – IT Security, Compliance & Operations
Overall Purpose of the Role
The IT Projects Coordinator (Intern) will support the delivery of IT and business projects across Jimmy Choo’s global technology landscape. Working closely with IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors, the role involves assisting in:
- Project coordination
- Progress tracking
- Ensuring key deliverables are completed on time
This FTC designee position offers exposure to a broad range of IT initiatives, including:
- Infrastructure
- Security
- Digital solutions
- Business applications
The intern will develop hands-on experience in:
- Project management
- Stakeholder coordination
- IT operations
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Project Coordination & Governance
- Support coordination of IT projects and initiatives, ensuring:
- Accurate task tracking
- Status monitoring
- Assist in identifying and managing:
- Project risks
- Dependencies & risk mitigation strategies
- Maintain project documentation & governance packs
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Renew contracts in collaboration with Legal teams

Stakeholder & External Engagement
- Facilitate communication between:
- IT teams
- Business stakeholders
- External vendors (including budgeting for third-party workstreams)
- Support Capri IT/JC leadership and the Finance team, especially on:
- Budgets & approvals
- Generic license procurements
- Present updates in steering committee meetings
Operational & Administrative Support
- Prepare meeting materials, including:
- Agendas
- Documents summarising key actions
- Follow up on assigned actions to ensure timely completion
- Support change management activities
- Handle vendor interactions, such as:
- Tracking internet line terminations
- Overseeing IT-implementation tasks
IT Operations & Compliance
- Manage IT task lists & small project workstreams
- Assist with IT Change Management
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Currently studying or recently graduated in:
- IT
- Business
- Related disciplines
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Basic understanding of:
- IT systems
- Project delivery methodologies
