IT Recruiter
Duration: 6 months
Location: London
We are seeking an experienced IT Technology Contract Recruiter to support high-volume and specialized technology hiring within a fast-paced global financial services environment. This role will partner closely with technology leaders and hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top technology talent across a broad range of complex technical disciplines.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record recruiting for enterprise technology organizations, preferably within financial services, and possesses the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, manager, director, and senior-level technology positions.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop sourcing strategies aligned with workforce plans and hiring priorities.
- Build pipelines of diverse technology talent across multiple domains including:
- Cloud Engineering
- Platform Engineering & Operations
- Software Engineering
- Data Engineering & Analytics
- Cybersecurity
- AI / Machine Learning / Generative AI
- Enterprise Architecture
- Infrastructure Engineering
- DevOps & Site Reliability Engineering
- Technology Risk & Governance
- Technology Modernization & Digital Transformation
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Evaluate candidates for both technical capability and organizational fit through structured screening and assessment processes.
- Consult with hiring managers regarding market conditions, talent availability, compensation trends, and recruitment best practices.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates regarding pipelines, hiring progress, and recruiting metrics.
- Ensure a high-touch candidate experience from initial engagement through offer acceptance.
- Manage competing priorities and changing business demands in a dynamic and high-volume recruiting environment.
- Drive diversity hiring initiatives and support inclusive recruiting practices.

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of IT recruiting experience, preferably supporting enterprise technology organizations.
- Prior experience recruiting for complex technology roles across infrastructure, software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data, or architecture functions.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent requisitions in a high-growth or high-volume environment.
- Strong sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction channels.
- Ability to understand technical job requirements and effectively assess candidate alignment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting within financial services, banking, asset management, fintech, or regulated industries.
- Experience supporting global technology organizations.
- Knowledge of modern technology stacks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity frameworks, DevOps practices, and data platforms.
- Experience hiring for emerging technologies including AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and cloud-native technologies.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics.

- Demonstrated ability to recruit across enterprise technology functions ranging from Cybersecurity and Cloud Engineering to Data, AI, Platform Engineering, and Technology Architecture.
