Job Title: IT Recruitment Consultant
Workload: Full time hours
Setup: Permanent Employee
Location: Manchester (Hybrid – Spinningfields office, WFH Mon & Fri)
We are looking for an ambitious person eager to kickstart their professional career in an industry leading global company.
Airswift is an international Tech & Engineering recruitment company with offices in 60+ countries and over 1,000 employees.
Full training will be provided on the job. You'll have access to our online learning resources and direct mentorship from industry veterans, who also frequently run learning workshops.
You can work from home Mon & Fri. Our large head office is located in the centre of Manchester, Spinningfields. Each of our recruiters receives their own work laptop, a new iPhone with unlimited data sim card and will have an entire large desk that has an additional two mounted monitors each.

Responsibilities:
- You'll be joining an established 360 IT desk with plenty of incoming work, with the ability to bring onboard your own clients for increased reward.
- Create opportunities to speak with new clients in companies located throughout Europe, aiming to win business with them.
- Deliver on that won business by filling their vacancies with effective recruiting.
- Become a market expert.
- Collaborate with your team of experienced industry recruiters.
