IT Recruitment Consultant (Fully Remote)
Location: Fully Remote (UK)
Salary: Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission
Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a fully remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from home while becoming part of a supportive, ambitious recruitment business focused on building long-term client relationships. You'll be recruiting across a range of technology markets, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development and client management through to candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer management.
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant within the IT or Technology recruitment sector.
- A proven track record of billing and developing client relationships.
- Experience managing the full recruitment process.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
- A professional, consultative approach with a focus on delivering quality rather than volume.

What you'll be doing
- Building and developing new client relationships.
- Managing and growing existing accounts.
- Sourcing and headhunting high-quality technology professionals.
- Conducting candidate interviews and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Negotiating offers and successfully closing placements.
- Working closely with clients and candidates to provide an excellent recruitment experience.
