IT Sales Executive

Location: Horsham (Hybrid Working Available)

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Uncapped Commission + Potential Car Allowance

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious IT Sales Executive to join a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP). This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience selling IT solutions who enjoys building long-term client relationships and developing new business across the SME market.

You'll be responsible for identifying and winning new business opportunities within an hour's drive of Horsham, helping local businesses improve their IT infrastructure, security, cloud solutions, and managed services.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Generating new business opportunities across SMEs throughout the local region.
  • Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through to close.
  • Meeting prospective clients face-to-face and virtually to understand their IT requirements.
  • Selling Managed IT Services, Microsoft 365, Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security, and IT Support services.
  • Developing long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Working closely with technical teams to create tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets.
  • Representing the business at networking events and client meetings where appropriate.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience within an IT Sales, Business Development, or Account Management role.
  • Experience selling Managed IT Services (MSP), IT Support, or IT Solutions.
  • Strong new business development and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the drive to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
