Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive based in the UK to generate new business opportunities and sell ERP, CRM, software development, and digital transformation services across the UK. This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity ideal for experienced B2B sales professionals seeking high-value technology sales and uncapped earning potential.
The role is particularly suited for freelance sales professionals, business development consultants, experienced commission-based sales representatives, and professionals seeking to generate additional income alongside their existing commitments while maintaining complete flexibility in their working schedule.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients across various industries within the UK market.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, email outreach, and direct engagement.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings, consultations, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and management teams to prepare proposals and support the sales process.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and business development objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Must Have
- Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to generate leads and build long-term business relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Professional and confident approach when engaging with business decision-makers.
- Experience selling ERP, CRM, software development services, IT solutions, or digital services.
- Good understanding of the UK business market.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- An established network of business contacts and decision-makers within the UK would be highly advantageous.
