As the IT Senior Director Business Relationship Manager for the Aristocrat Interactive Business Unit and the EMEA Region, you will be central to crafting and performing our IT strategy. This role offers a chance to impact key technology choices and steer our digital transformation journey. It represents a remarkable opportunity for driven professionals.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement IT strategies and roadmaps for the Aristocrat Interactive and EMEA regions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with executive business collaborators and IT leaders.
- Lead IT project governance processes, from ideation to elaboration, ensuring flawless execution.
- Coordinate IT projects and lead change management initiatives across the EMEA Region.
- Build and present high-impact executive-level presentations on project, portfolio, and roadmap statuses.
- Partner with business leadership to evaluate proposals and develop creative solutions amidst high complexity.
- Drive effective portfolio management, including regular operations reviews and steering committees.
- Lead initiatives as the EMEA Site Leader for IT, managing and growing the IT team.
- Coordinate capability mapping and maturity assessments to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Ensure alignment with global governance standards through portfolio intake and prioritization forums.
- Drive continuous improvements and value optimization within the IT organization.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, project management, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in IT application development, operations, and cybersecurity.
- Proven technical knowledge in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and architecture guidelines.
- PMP, development, and IT operations certifications are preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of C-level engagement and influencing business executives in diverse markets.
- Experience in driving digital transformation programs, including cloud migration and enterprise integration.
- Strong understanding of new technologies and their application in driving business value.
- Expertise in managing and reporting on multi-year roadmaps.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain effective and positive under pressure.
- Based in London with the option to work on-site three days per week and occasionally travel across the EMEA region.
