About the Role

It is an exciting time to join Redmayne Bentley as we continue to strengthen our technology and operational capabilities in support of the firm’s long-term strategy.

We are looking to appoint an IT Service Delivery Lead to take ownership of the firm’s day-to-day IT service performance, ensuring services are stable, well-managed and aligned to business needs.

Working closely with the IT Services and Information Security Manager and Director of IT, the role will play a key part in overseeing service delivery, managing key supplier relationships, and coordinating the response to incidents that may impact the business.

This is a visible role within the IT function, offering the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of service delivery across a regulated environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for the overall coordination and oversight of IT service delivery, with a particular focus on service quality, performance and continuous improvement.

This will include:

  • Leading the management of incidents, including ownership of major incidents and ensuring clear communication and resolution.
  • Overseeing third-party service providers, ensuring delivery against agreed standards and expectations.
  • Monitoring service performance and producing clear, structured reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Supporting core service management processes, including change and problem management, in line with established frameworks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
