IT Service Delivery Specialist

We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Specialist to join our IT Team. In this role, you will support the continued maturity of IT operations by administering and enhancing the Group IT Service Management (ITSM) platform, while enabling the effective delivery of core ITSM processes across the business.

You will be responsible for managing and continuously improving the ITSM platform, alongside coordinating key processes such as Change and Problem Management to ensure consistency, governance, and high-quality service delivery. Working closely with IT teams and stakeholders, you will drive improvements in operational efficiency, reporting, and service capability, while supporting the development of broader controls including asset visibility, lifecycle management, and process alignment as organisational maturity evolves.

  • Manage and enhance the ITSM platform for end-to-end service delivery
  • Coordinate and streamline Change and Problem Management processes
  • Drive operational improvements in efficiency, reporting, and controls
  • Support asset lifecycle management and process alignment
  • Work collaboratively with IT teams and stakeholders to align with business goals
  • Ensure data integrity in operational reporting and analytics
  • Monitor and prioritise workload for high-impact delivery

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience working with enterprise IT Service Management platforms and workflow-driven processes
  • Hands-on experience in supporting, coordinating, or administering structured ITSM processes, particularly Change Management/Problem Management
  • Familiarity with structured operational governance and process controls
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills to manage multi-stakeholder tasks
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement
  • Proven ability to produce and maintain high-quality operational reporting
  • Excelling ability to manage workloads, prioritise, and deliver under pressure
