IT Service Desk Analyst
IT Service Desk Analyst – Exciting Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our inspiring, innovative, and successful IT Team.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for IT support across the Company, you will provide a friendly, proactive first-line service:
- Logging queries
- Keeping colleagues updated
- Resolving issues where possible
- Escalating more complex issues to the wider team
This role offers:
- Exposure to a broad range of technology

Success Criteria
The successful candidate should:
- Be comfortable with everyday technology and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ideally have experience with Outlook and Microsoft 365 applications
- Ideally hold – or be working towards – an IT-related qualification
- Be a good communicator and team player with:
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Possess excellent customer service skills, including:
- A helpful, patient manner
- Have a basic understanding of common IT issues
- Approach problems with a logical, problem-solving mindset
- Understand the importance of IT security and data protection

Job Details
- Contract type: Permanent
- Hours: 36.25 per week
- Working hours: 7:45am – 4:00pm
