Due to continued success, Stoneacre is expanding rapidly, creating exciting new opportunities across the business. We are currently recruiting a highly motivated individual to join our IT team as a Service Desk Analyst.
About the Role
Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will join a team responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s IT systems, as well as providing efficient support to all business users.
The IT team handles a wide range of queries, from basic user administration, password resets, and help requests, to manufacturer-driven IT projects. As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will play a key role in providing first-line support, resolving IT issues, and preparing equipment for use across the group.

Duties / Responsibilities
- Maintain control of IT equipment stock
- Image and build desktops/laptops ready for use
- Prepare and dispatch equipment to sites as required
- Log and manage support tickets in line with IT support processes
- Provide customer-focused technical support (deskside, phone, and remote)
- Diagnose and resolve first-line IT issues efficiently
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members
- Support users by providing training and guidance on IT systems
- Assist with basic administration of telephony systems
- Manage user accounts across various systems
We Offer
- Competitive salary
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (flexibility required)
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
Person Specification / Experience Required
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with staff at all levels and franchise partners
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to prioritise workload and deliver timely solutions
- Capable of working independently and taking ownership of issues
- Self-motivated team player, resourceful and keen to learn and share knowledge
- Flexible, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
