About the Role
As part of our IT Service Desk team, you’ll play a key role in supporting colleagues across North West Europe—helping keep our business running smoothly. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of technologies, develop your problem-solving skills, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Be the first point of contact for IT support queries across North West Europe Log, track, and manage support requests through our Service Desk system Deliver first-line technical support, troubleshooting and resolving issues Escalate more complex queries to the appropriate teams when needed Ensure all tickets are logged with accuracy and high-quality detail Support key processes such as new starters, leavers, and role changes Work to meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs) Contribute to ongoing IT projects and initiatives Communicate clearly with colleagues, providing guidance and updates Collaborate with a supportive team of Service Desk Specialists Operate in line with Bureau Veritas’ quality standards and values
