IT Service Desk Manager | North West | £55,000 + £7,500 Car Allowance + Bonus
I'm currently working exclusively with a leading UK infrastructure organisation to recruit an experienced IT Service Desk Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a high-performing IT Service Desk supporting a large, multi-site business while driving service improvements, modernising support processes and developing a talented team.
The role will involve:
- Leading and developing a 1st Line IT Service Desk team
- Driving ITIL best practice across Service Desk operations
- Managing Major Incidents and service escalations
- Improving SLAs, KPIs and the overall customer experience
- Supporting IT Operations across multiple UK sites
- Delivering continual service improvement initiatives and process optimisation

We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience managing an IT Service Desk or IT Support function
- Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills
- Experience working within ITIL environments
- A background supporting medium to large enterprise organisations
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service and driving operational improvements

Location: North West
Package:
- £50,000 - £55,000 basic salary
- £7,500 Car Allowance (or Company Car)
- Annual bonus
