We're looking for an IT Service Desk/Site Engineer to join our IT team. This role can be based from our Shifnal office, with regular travel to sites and offices across the UK as required.
The Role Of An IT Service Desk/Site Engineer Includes
- Providing first and second-line support to users across the business.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network issues.
- Managing and updating incidents and requests through the Service Desk system.
- Supporting Microsoft 365 applications, desktop devices and mobile technologies.
- Visiting offices and project sites to provide hands-on IT support when required.
- Assisting with the delivery of IT projects, upgrades and system improvements.
- Maintaining IT documentation, knowledge articles and asset records.
- Building positive relationships with colleagues and delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Need
- Experience providing IT support in a Service Desk, Desktop Support or similar environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and desktop technologies.
- Experience using a Service Desk ticketing system.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage a varied workload.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across our offices and project sites.
