Role: IT Support Engineer
Location
Hybrid - 3 days per week in Clapham Junction
About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on IT Support Engineer role at one of the UK's largest gym operators - covering everything from service desk and device management to site technology support and continuous improvement work across our growing estate. You will join a technology team that genuinely values curiosity and initiative, with the scope to develop your skills beyond traditional support into endpoint engineering, operational technology, and project delivery.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and resolving service desk tickets across the full incident and service request lifecycle, providing first and second-line support to users across the business
- Supporting users on Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and mobile devices - troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and account issues
- Administering endpoint management activities using tools including Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and JAMF, and supporting joiner, mover, and leaver processes
- Maintaining accurate IT asset records and supporting device provisioning, deployment, and disposal
- Travelling to gym sites as needed to support technology installations, new gym openings, and on-site fixes
- Creating and maintaining support documentation and knowledge base articles to improve self-service and reduce repeat incidents
- Liaising with external vendors and suppliers to support issue resolution and day-to-day service delivery
- Contributing to service improvement initiatives, including opportunities for standardisation and automation

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an IT support or service desk role, with hands-on incident and service request management
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS devices in a professional environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and basic networking concepts
- Experience with user account administration and endpoint support
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach to technical support
- Ability to manage a varied workload, prioritise effectively, and work independently
