Job Summary
The IT Site Operations Specialist serves as the primary onsite IT partner for assigned offices within the region. This role provides hands-on end-user support, collaborates with Product Teams and centralized IT partners on conference room and A/V technology, coordinates with vendors, and works closely with stakeholders to ensure office technology is reliable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards. The position emphasizes partnership, shared responsibility, and continuous improvement of the end-user technology experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Provides hands-on support for hardware, AV, network, and end-user issues.
- Handles Service Desk escalations requiring onsite troubleshooting.
- Delivers white-glove support to executives and critical staff.
- Ensures meeting rooms are fully operational and standards-compliant.
- Supports Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms environments.
- Maintains and troubleshoots Cisco video conferencing units and Logitech Tap Schedulers.
- Manages digital signage platforms (Appspace with LG displays).
- Troubleshoots complex A/V systems including Crestron, Biamp, MediaVue, PrimeView, and related vendor technologies (Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Cisco).
- Performs preventative maintenance and coordinates upgrades and repairs.
- Coordinates local vendors for hardware installs, cabling, ISP services, and repairs.
- Oversees onsite vendor work to ensure quality and compliance.
- Manages inventory of laptops, docks, and peripherals.
- Supports onboarding and offboarding logistics.
- Acts as the primary IT contact for office leadership.
- Performs Level-1 network troubleshooting and isolate connectivity issues prior to escalation.
- Validates physical connectivity, switch port status, VLAN assignments, and LAN functionality.
- Troubleshoots Wi-Fi connectivity and wireless authentication issues, including certificate-based workflows.
- Provides smart hands support for Network, Security, and Infrastructure teams (rack/stack, cabling, device installs, hardware reboots, physical access).
- Tracks recurring issues and identify trends.
- Reports risks, improvement opportunities, and infrastructure needs.
- Supports office expansions, relocations, and technology upgrades.

Other Work Experience
- Experience supporting enterprise A/V and conference room systems.
- Foundational networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing basics, firewall/ACL awareness).
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting executives in professional services or enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise network hardware (switches, wireless APs, cabling).
- Experience coordinating third-party IT and A/V vendors.
