IT Integration Manager (M&A) – Full-Time, 4-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Role: Full-time, 4-month fixed-term (remote with mandatory travel across the UK and Europe)

Are you an IT professional who has:

  • Led M&A integration projects from start to finish?
  • Thrived on solving complex problems—identifying gaps, working with technical and non-technical stakeholders?
  • Balanced strategic technical design with hands-on delivery, keeping multiple projects on track?

If so, this technical lead role is for you.

About the Role

You will drive IT integration for M&A acquisitions, ensuring newly acquired businesses are seamlessly and securely embedded into ASK4’s IT environment. This hands-on position focuses on:

  • Designing, planning, and delivering IT integrations across infrastructure, applications, security, and collaboration tools.
  • Collaborating with internal IT teams, acquired business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure efficient, scalable, and low-disruption integrations.
  • Defining and maintaining ASK4’s onboarding framework for future acquisitions to ensure consistent and repeatable processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
