IT Sourcing Manager

As an IT Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of IT products and services, ensuring value for money and compliance with procurement policies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within the public sector, contributing to key projects Nationally but based in Milton Keynes.

Description

  • Manage the end-to-end sourcing process for IT-related procurement activities.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand IT requirements and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure service quality.
  • Ensure adherence to public sector procurement regulations and internal policies.
  • Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and innovation.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on procurement best practices.

A successful IT Sourcing Manager should have:
