The Role
TechSupport Engineer (Hybrid – London Office, 4 days on-site)
What You’ll Do
- Device lifecycle management: Handle laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping
- Office IT support: On-hand help for colleagues in our London office
- AV support: Ensure meeting rooms and equipment run smoothly
- End-user support: Friendly, first-contact resolution for inbound support requests
- Onboarding: Run IT onboarding calls for new hires
- New IT projects: Contribute to Tech Ops initiatives
- Automation & tooling: Build Slack bots and automations
- Documentation: Maintain clear internal tech guides
What You Bring
