Role Description
The IT Support Analyst will provide end-to-end IT support, covering Level 1 and Level 2 responsibilities, serving business-critical systems for property management, finance, legal, and asset teams across a global, real estate-focused business.
This role requires:
- A customer-centric approach to tech support.
- The ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve a spectrum of system issues.
- Collaboration with third-party or advanced support teams when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Tiered IT Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues and service requests.
- Provide ons-site, remote, and phone-based support across:
- Tier 1 (Level 1) and Tier 2 (Level 2) troubleshooting.
- Manage the ticketing process:
- Log, prioritise, and resolve mergers in adherence to SLAs.
- Diagnose and resolve:
- Desktop, laptop, mobile hardware issues.
- Application malfunctions.
- Escalate unresolved issues with focused diagnostics and full documentation.
Microsoft 365 & Collaborative Application Support
- Troubleshoot and administer:
- Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint (including access, permissions, and libraries).
- Support end-user coaching for advanced collaboration tools.
- Manage user-centric access within MS 365 / Entra ID.

Devices, Infrastructure & Security
- Configure and maintain:
- Windows 11 environments.
- Peripherals, printers, A/V, and meeting room equipment.
- Basic networking troubleshooting (including Wi-Fi).
- Support device security and compliance through:
- Endpoint management.
- MFA deployment and data protection best practices.
- Maintain asset tracking and assist with equipment lifecycle.
Processes, Documentation & Innovation
- Maintain updated 知识内库 and troubleshooting guides.
- Support contractual onboarding and offboarding.
- Liaise with third parties and service providers.
- Drive process improvements, root cause analysis, and problem resolution strategies.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members when needed.
Experience & Qualifications
Essential
✔ Strong customer service skills (gemini face-to-face, virtual, or written). ✔ Proven Level 1 (Help Desk) and Level 2 (Technical Support) experience. ✔ Windows OS mastery, including troubleshooting. ✔ Hand-on Microsoft 365 knowledge (especially Outlook, Teams, SharePoint). ✔ Familiarity with tasında ticketing systems. ✔ Ability to translate technical details to non-technical stakeholders. ✔ Independent time management and prioritisation mindset.
*Desirable
🚀 Experience in real estate, finance, or regulated industries. 🚀 SharePoint Online / M365 administration. 🚀 Intune / endpoint device management knowledge. 🚀 Basic PowerShell scripting. 🚀 ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent. 🚀 Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS 900 – Security, Compliance, & Identity).

- Office-based in Greater London/UK regions with site visits possible.
