Job Description

  • Deliver technical assistance to employees through multiple channels including face-to-face interactions, telephone support, email communication, and remote access tools under close supervision.
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation, including notification instructions and knowledge base articles.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing a variety of systems, network, hardware, and software problems.
  • Resolve basic hardware and software issues based on established guidelines.
  • Rely on oversight from more senior team members to ensure technical support operations align with business objectives.

Job Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of desktop, laptop, and network systems troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and technologies.
  • Understanding of information security principles and standards.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on resolving user issues.
  • Adaptability to learn and work with evolving technologies and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
