💻 We’re hiring: IT Support Analyst
📍 UK – Remote
💷 £28,000–£35,000, depending on experience
Luxon is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our Technology team and help support our international, distributed workforce. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping people and taking ownership of day-to-day IT operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for internal IT support and will work closely with our Senior IT Manager across user support, device management, access administration and IT security.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing first-line IT support to employees across the business
- Troubleshooting Windows and macOS hardware and software issues
- Supporting Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint
- Supporting employee onboarding, offboarding and access changes
- Managing user accounts and permissions within Microsoft Entra ID
- Enrolling and managing devices through Microsoft Intune
- Preparing and coordinating laptops and equipment for new starters
- Maintaining accurate IT asset and inventory records
- Creating clear IT documentation, FAQs and user guides
- Supporting device security, access reviews and audit requirements
- Helping improve IT processes and reduce recurring support issues

What we’re looking for
You’ll ideally have around 1–3 years of experience in an IT support, helpdesk, service desk or similar technical support role.
You should be comfortable troubleshooting common hardware, software and access issues and supporting non-technical users in a clear, patient and professional way. Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows and/or macOS is important. Exposure to Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, MDM, identity and access management, SaaS administration or endpoint security would be an advantage.
