Key Responsibilities
- Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain user accounts and devices.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT teams.
- Document incidents, solutions, and updates in the ticketing system.
- Assist with password resets, software installations, and system access requests.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting response time targets.
- Follow IT security policies and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.
- Understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Previous customer service or IT support experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA ITF+, A+, or equivalent) are a plus.
