Job Description
As our IT Support Apprentice, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our team’s technological needs across various devices and systems. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT consulting and customer support for:
- Mobile devices
- Desktops, laptops & tablets
- Support field service solutions, applications, and hardware
- Manage on-site AV (Audio-Visual) solutions and systems
- Handle user administration, support applications, and customer troubleshooting sessions
- Install, set up, and manage hardware and software
- Provide Office 365 administration and support
- Resolve IT issues via telephone, remote control, or in-person support
- Maintain asset register records
- Assist in the rollout of new IT procedures and prioritise workloads
- Take ownership of IT support functions—including introducing new technologies into the department
- Develop and maintain a departmental knowledge base and documentation processes

Additional Details
- Working Hours: 39.5 hours per week
- Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Friday: 08:00 – 16:30 (1-hour unpaid break)
- Location: Office-based at Bosch (Cotswold Way, Worcester, WR4 9SW)
