Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support for offices in Germany and the UK, and handle the distribution, collection, repair application, and basic configuration of employees’ IT equipment including computers, monitors, and mobile phones.
- Assist with the preparation of office equipment and software installation for new hires, and deliver IT support and training related to employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Conduct daily inspections and simple maintenance of meeting room and printer equipment, and provide IT support for meetings; cooperate in IT asset counting, label management, and maintenance of asset records, and manage the local IT warehouse.
- Troubleshoot common software, hardware, and network issues on desktops, and coordinate with the headquarters IT team to complete fault diagnosis.
- Carry out on-site operational tasks under the guidance of the headquarters IT team, such as equipment replacement, network device reboot, and logistics & delivery arrangements.
- Liaise with local suppliers and courier service providers as required.
- Complete other daily office IT support tasks as assigned.

- Current undergraduate or postgraduate student, or other part-time workers; available to work on-site at the office for one fixed day per week (schedulable based on actual business demands).
- Possess good communication skills in both English and the local language.
- Be familiar with Windows operating system and Microsoft 365; capable of basic operation and troubleshooting of computers and office equipment.
- Diligent and responsible with strong service awareness and communication skills; able to complete on-site support work independently.
- Preferred background: major in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields; prior experience in Helpdesk, IT Support, or Desktop Support; proficient in management of MacBook and Windows terminals; previous corporate or campus IT service experience.
- Candidates who can speak Chinese are preferred.
- This role mainly focuses on on-site execution work and does not require independent resolution of complex technical issues. All complex faults and technical support will be remotely guided and provided by the expert IT team based in China; the part-time staff will only be responsible for on-site assistance and implementation.
