LET'S TALK ABOUT THE ROLE:

EOS IT Solutions are seeking a meticulous and organized IT Support Associate to join our IT support team at our Banbridge HQ. This role combines IT support with administrative responsibilities, focusing on maintaining accurate IT documentation and providing essential administrative support to the IT department. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in managing IT records and performing various administrative tasks.

THE HATS YOU'LL WEAR:

  • Maintain and update IT documentation, including system configurations, hardware and software inventories, and procedural manuals. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, current, and easily accessible.
  • Oversee end-to-end RMA process for AV products, including initiating, tracking, and managing returns, exchanges, and repairs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding RMA inquiries, ensuring timely and clear communication throughout the process.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the IT department, reports, and handling correspondence with manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Track and manage IT assets, including AV equipment, peripherals, and software licenses. Ensure accurate records are maintained for procurement, inventory, and lifecycle management.
  • Assist with processing IT support requests, including logging and tracking tickets, coordinating with IT staff to resolve issues, and following up with end-users to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document IT processes and procedures to standardize workflows and ensure consistency. Maintain accurate records of RMA requests, resolutions & inventory. Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for RMA processing.
  • Enter and update data in IT management systems and generate reports as needed. Assist with data analysis and reporting to support IT decision-making.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES:

  • Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not essential.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or IT support role is advantageous. Recent graduates with relevant coursework or internships are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with IT systems and software, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Basic understanding of IT documentation standards and best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and professionally interact with both technical and non-technical staff.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve administrative and IT documentation issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team and support various IT functions and projects.

YOUR BASE:

This is an onsite position based at our global HQ in Banbridge, Northern Ireland. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.
