As a member of our IT Services Organization, you will have an opportunity to make a valuable contribution to that goal supporting internal employees
Key job responsibilities
- This role is a technical on-premise position supporting internal employees.
- This position requires hands-on experience in supporting PC hardware, software and internal tooling for employees.
- It requires working with internal ticketing tool to communicate with customers.
- Prepare hardware for new hires joining the company and also manage IT asset inventory.
Basic Qualifications
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment
- Experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation
- Experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery
- Experience with networking technology (TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS and DHCP)
- Experience supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting
- Experience working with windows server technologies
