About the Role
Are you looking to start your IT career in a supportive and rewarding environment? We are seeking a Technical Support Team Member (full-time, based on-site in Hull) to assist with day-to-day technology requirements.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-line customer support for IT issues.
- Implementing initial solutions (1st-time fixes).
- Handling support requests efficiently.
- Managing inbound and outbound calls to resolve technical issues.
Roles will range from basic troubleshooting (e.g., password resets) to handling business-critical incidents, requiring adaptability, focus, and a commitment to excellence.
Location: Hull office, with excellent public transport links (bus stops nearby) and on-site parking available.
