About the Role
This is an exciting time to join us as we continue to scale and build the future of field service technology. We're currently looking for a passionate IT Support Engineer who thrives on problem-solving and delivering exceptional support to colleagues across the business.
As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our teams connected, productive, and supported. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied, ensuring no two days are the same.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support through service desk, phone, and email channels for incidents and service requests.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues while adhering to agreed service levels.
- Supporting end-user technology, including:
- Windows systems and peripheral devices
- Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Managing user accounts, access permissions, including MFA and password resets.
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes for new and leaving employees.
- Maintaining accurate records and support documentation, including knowledge articles.
- Working closely with IT specialists and third-party suppliers to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
What You’ll Need
We’re looking for an IT professional who not only excels in technical troubleshooting but also thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in 1st/2nd line support, service desk environment, or IT support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and end-user hardware, with experience in:
- Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Active Directory user and group management.
- Fundamental understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Excellent communication skills, ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to prioritise requests and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have (Advantageous Experience)
- Experience with Intune or Endpoint Central tools.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services.
- Experience supporting macOS devices.
- Exposure to ITIL frameworks for IT support processes.
