About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our client’s team—a well-established company providing bespoke IT solutions to businesses across the UK.
The role involves:
- Delivering high-quality technical support to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations.
- Providing an excellent career opportunity within a supportive and dynamic environment.
- Operating primarily part-time, with potential to progress to full-time hours.
- Working on-site and remotely, depending on business needs.
- Requiring commuter eligibility from Cullen, NE Scotland (some office presence required).

Qualifications
Essential qualifications include:

- Respond to hardware/software inquiries, providing clear guidance.
- Train and guide users on computer equipment, enhancing productivity.

- Document support activities and contribute to process improvements.
