We've partnered with a rapidly scaling, tech-enabled business to recruit an IT Support Engineer for their Leeds location. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants a hands-on, varied IT support role with a genuinely exciting business as it continues to scale.
This isn't a ticket factory. You'll be the person end users actually rely on, from laptop builds to incident resolution to keeping Azure and Google Workspace running smoothly for everyone. The business is growing fast, which means the role won't stay static either.

What you'll be doing:
- Owning incident management and ticket resolution end to end
- Building, setting up, and deploying laptops for new starters
- Providing hands-on hardware and desktop support
- Troubleshooting day-to-day IT issues across the business
- Supporting users across Azure and Google Workspace environments

What we need from you:
- Solid experience in IT support or desktop support
- Comfortable with hands-on hardware work and laptop provisioning
- Service desk or incident management background
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
