IT Support Engineer (AV Industry)
Hemel Hempstead - Hybrid (50% remote)
£35,000 - £40,000 + Private Medical + Dental Cover + Progression + Training + Company Benefits
Are you an IT Support Engineer that wants to make an impact within a global, customer focused brand recognized for its industry leading visual solutions and commitment to innovation?
Do you want to join an IT Support Engineer leading global provider in projection and display technology as part of their support team whilst also working on a variety of projects from migrations to cyber security?
On offer is the chance to join an international company that are really putting a focus into their IT teams and modernizing their tech stack.
The Role
- 70% supporting end users dealing with 1st and 2nd line tickets
- Escalating issues to the Senior Engineer when required
- 30% project work - migrations, cyber security etc.
- Microsoft 365 administration tasks

The Person
- Experience within 1st/2nd line role or similar
- Experience with Azure AD and Entra ID
- Experience with M365 services
- Commutable to Hemel Hempstead
