IT Support Engineer (Edinburgh)

About the Role
Dukosi is searching for a technically capable and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our Edinburgh-based team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality technical support while contributing to the stability, security, and continuous improvement of our IT environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering 2nd/3rd-line IT support for both onsite and remote users
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, outsourced helpdesk partners, and specialist vendors
- Balancing hands-on support with Microsoft 365 administration, cybersecurity awareness, and IT projects
- This is an on-site position in our Edinburgh office.

- Provide 2nd/3rd line IT support across onsite and remote users
- Support Windows and Apple devices, peripherals, AV systems, and meeting room technologies
- Administer Microsoft 365, including:
- Exchange Online
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive
- Manage Azure AD / Entra ID accounts, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding
- Support networking, VPNs, remote access, and infrastructure environments
- Assist with cybersecurity measures, patching, endpoint security, and vulnerability management
- Work collaboratively with outsourced IT partners and vendors
- Contribute to IT projects, upgrades, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the implementation of AI-enabled workplace technologies
- Contribute to IT Governance within an ISO27001 environment and maintain accurate IT documentation
Experience & Skills
Essential Experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, particularly with SharePoint Online
- Experience supporting Windows-based environments and end-user computing
- Exposure to:
- VMware
- Microsoft Azure
- Cisco or Meraki technologies
- Familiarity with endpoint management and modern workplace technologies
- Understanding of:
- Networking fundamentals
- VPNs and remote access technologies
- Cybersecurity best practices and secure IT operations
