- Support users across:
- Hardware troubleshooting
- Software and access management

Requirements & Skills
The firm seeks candidates who can blend technical troubleshooting with judgement and professionalism. Key criteria include:
- Working with senior users in demanding environments (e.g., financial services).
- Managing prioritisation effectively to maintain service levels.
- Strong capabilities in:
- Technical roles: IT support, desktop support, service desk, or end-user computing.
- Hardware & software troubleshooting: Access, connectivity, applications.
- Microsoft ecosystems: Comprehensive knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
- Mobile enterprise support, common business applications.
- Proficiency in:
- Ticketing systems (ITIL frameworks/incident management).
- Technical deep dives while clarifying matters to non-technical users.
