Ahoy. We're looking to grow our crew.

Location: Farringdon, Central London
Salary: Around £34,000
Working pattern: In person (because we learn better together)
Hours: 9:00am–5:30pm
Environment: Primarily office/desk-based, with some central London client site visits

We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our friendly, high-quality support team in Farringdon.

This is a mixed Mac and Windows environment. It's true to say that we tend toward the Apple ethos of simple and beautiful systems, but this is perfectly achievable on Windows, with some careful choices. We run macOS internally, care about thoughtful endpoint management, and believe that understanding both Windows and macOS gives a better, more rounded IT perspective. You don't need to be expert in both platforms, but you do need to be expert in one of them. Experience on just one platform is absolutely fine.

The role

You’ll provide day-to-day technical support across mixed Mac and Windows environments, helping users with a range of hardware, software, account, access, identity, device and application issues.

The role is mainly desk-based from our own building in Farringdon (air conditioning / good coffee / 10Gbps Ethernet / Sonos / beer on tap / Xbox / ice cream in the freezer), with some visits to client sites across central London.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we are looking for

  • Microsoft 365 administration or support (even better with Powershell)

We want someone who is personable, thoughtful, reliable and willing to contribute to the team. You do not need to be “corporate polished” or overly formal, but you do need to communicate well, care about users, and be happy working in person as part of a team.

We value people who bring expertise from either the Mac or Windows side and want to develop true depth across both.

Benefits and working culture

  • 9:00am–5:30pm working hours
  • A culture where the working day genuinely finishes at 5:30pm
  • 5 weeks’ holiday
  • Closed between Christmas and New Year
  • High-quality Farringdon office environment
  • Supportive team culture
  • Strong opportunity to keep developing technically across Mac, Windows, identity and endpoint management

If you want to keep learning, enjoy solving problems, and like the idea of helping shape IT environments rather than simply responding to them, we’d love to hear from you.
