We're looking for a Regional IT Support Engineer

We're looking for a Regional IT Support Engineer to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting our Northern portfolio from a base in the York area.

You'll be the technology expert who keeps our hotels connected, supported and running smoothly. Working closely with hotel teams and the wider Group IT function, you'll ensure our systems are reliable, secure and performing at their best, enabling colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

From resolving technical issues and maintaining hardware to supporting networks, business-critical hotel systems and new technology deployments, no two days are the same. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and making a real difference across multiple sites.

This is a hybrid role supporting our Northern region, with regular travel between our hotels in York, Leeds and Edinburgh, working closely with colleagues on-site to deliver exceptional IT support across the portfolio.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
