📍 Hammersmith, London (5 Days Onsite) 💰 £40,000 – £45,000
About the Organisation We're assisting a well-established technology-driven organisation that is expanding its IT team. This is an ideal opportunity for an IT professional with a passion for technology, willing to develop their skills in a hands-on environment while collaborating with experienced infrastructure professionals. Exposure to both Linux and Windows environments will be part of the role.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering day-to-day technical support to keep users productive and systems operating smoothly. Key responsibilities include:

- Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Building, configuring, and deploying PCs and laptops
- Supporting printers, peripherals, and office technology
- Assisting with user account administration and system access
- Working in a predominantly Linux environment with some Windows support
- Contributing to infrastructure projects as your skills evolve
Requirements
- Passionate about technology and eager to learn
- Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows environments
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work five days per week onsite in Hammersmith
