We are currently recruiting an IT Support Lead. The key purpose of this position is to lead an effective IT Service Desk, delivering an excellent service to our customers and stakeholders. You will provide strategic input to the Group for matters relating to technology, whilst leading a team of technicians and apprentices to develop the service to meet all aspects of modern IT services.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of a leading role in an IT Service Desk
  • Great attention to detail, problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to build long-term relationships with suppliers, customers, and partners
  • Passion to help shape and deliver the service offering and support to our customers
  • ITIL Foundation certification is desirable or demonstratable knowledge
