IT Support Specialist

IT Support Specialist – Microsoft 365 & Infrastructure

Your Purpose

The IT Support Specialists are responsible for administering Microsoft 365 and supporting core infrastructure while delivering day-to-day IT services, including:

  • New user provisioning
  • Access management
  • Troubleshooting end-user issues

They act as the primary point of contact for service users and customers requiring technical support, information, or other IT services.


Your Impact

You’ll take on key responsibilities to ensure seamless operations, including:

  • Administers and manages Microsoft 365 services
  • Supports Intune administration, including device and application management
  • Performs proactive monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructure
  • Provides helpdesk support for:
    • Personal computing devices
    • Smart devices
    • Meeting room conferencing systems
    • Multifunction printers
  • Sets up workstations and peripheral devices for new starters
  • Installs and configures software and ensures correct IT access
  • Guides users on operating new software, devices, and IT equipment
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve IT issues
  • Maintains records of repairs, fixes, and technical activities
  • Delivers technical support during conference calls

Your Journey So Far

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are an advantage)
  • Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; ability to work well in a team
  • Solid understanding of a range of computer systems and technologies
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 administration skills, including:
    • Microsoft Teams management
  • Familiarity with multifunction devices (copiers, printers, scanners)
  • Experience following established IT processes, such as:
    • Starter/leaver workflows
    • Workstation and user setup
  • Network administration and Active Directory experience
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving approach
  • Expertise in supporting:
    • Meeting rooms
    • Visiting staff with video displays, video/audio conferencing, internet access
  • Experience with monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure, including:
    • Patching
    • Error resolution
    • Storage management
