IT Support Specialist

IT Support Analyst, IT Support Engineer, Service Desk Analyst, Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Systems Support Analyst, Application Support Analyst, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Windows 10/11, VPN, Network Troubleshooting, User Support, Hardware Support, Software Support, ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, ITIL

Our client is looking to bring on an IT Support Specialist on an initial 3-month contract to support the IT and security infrastructure.

This will be a hands-on, hybrid working role with office visits 2/3 times a week in London. It is ideal for someone who is organised, a natural communicator and enthusiastic about IT and AI tools.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience supporting business-critical IT operations and external technology partners
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication across multiple teams
  • Confident troubleshooting Microsoft-based environments and day-to-day technology issues
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and see tasks through to completion
  • Self-starter who enjoys improving processes, embracing new technologies, and working in evolving environments
  • Minimum 4-5 years in IT Support & Coordination

Desirable Experience:

  • Exposure to business-critical technology platforms and support processes
  • Experience working across complex organisational structures
  • Understanding of user access, endpoint management, and operational IT controls
  • Comfortable working with a range of business applications and technology systems
  • Experience operating within dynamic, fast-paced business environments

Responsibilities:

  • Managing relationships with external IT providers
  • Providing user support and technology coordination
  • Supporting multiple business units across the group
  • Driving service performance and operational improvements
  • Assisting with security and IT governance activities
