Be part of a skilled and solutions-focused team as an IT Support Specialist at PPHE Hotel Group. As our trusted IT expert, you’ll play a key role in keeping our Support Office, hotels, and restaurants connected - troubleshooting issues, supporting projects, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
What you’ll be doing as an IT Support Specialist:
- Assist with the strategic and tactical support of key software and hardware systems.
- Ensure that support requests are tackled in a timely fashion in accordance with our Technical Support Process and SLA’s, assisting with testing and deployments.
- Maintain systems support documentation, procedures, and other information useful to the smooth & efficient operation of information systems.
- Participate in technology planning and strategy activities to ensure business objectives are being addressed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business partners both internally & externally.
- Assist with the implementation of new applications and/or enhancements or upgrades of existing applications/systems.
- Proactively identify critical business, technical and/or operational issues and then assist in driving issues to closure.
- Assist in managing, prioritising, and delivering multiple initiatives in partnership with client teams.
- Work with stakeholders to facilitate the development of functional and technical requirements
