IT Support Specialist
Role: IT Support Specialist Salary: Up to £70,000 Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days per week)

We're working with an innovative technology business looking to enhance their growing team by hiring an IT Support Specialist. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting employees across the organization by resolving technical issues, managing devices and user accounts, and ensuring a seamless operation of internal systems.
You’ll collaborate closely with Infrastructure and Security teams to refine processes, implement automation, and help build a modern, scalable IT function.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Workplace Technology roles
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and identity management platforms (e.g., Entra ID)
- Hands-on experience with MDM solutions including Intune, Jamf, Kandji, or similar tools
- Familiarity with:
- Onboarding/offboarding processes
- Device provisioning
- Access management systems
- Experience supporting business-critical SaaS applications and collaboration tools
- Strong troubleshooting abilities with a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication skills, prioritising a user-focused approach
- Interest in automation and continuous improvement of IT processes
