About us
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Support Technician with the ambition and drive to build a fast-paced career within our growing Central London based MSP. You’ll be working with clients of all fields ranging from hospitality to financial investments, and everywhere in between. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who’s passionate about IT, eager to learn, and looking to kickstart their technical career in a supportive and dynamic team.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role (immediate start) for an IT Support Technician with future option to transition into a flexible hybrid role, based in Central London. You will be responsible for providing friendly 1st line technical support, not afraid to take ownership and troubleshoot issues, and understanding when to escalate to relevant SMEs.

Salary and Benefits
- £27k - £32k depending on experience;
- Annual performance-related bonus;

What we’re looking for
- An enthusiastic, quick-thinking, and fast-learning individual with a strong passion for technology and problem solving;
- Clear, confident communication skills (essential for helpdesk calls and documentation);
- Hands-on use of M365 admin centres (e.g. managing mailboxes, users, permissions);
- Experience with desktop, laptop, and mobile device setup and troubleshooting;
- Understanding or hands-on experience with MDM tools (e.g. Autopilot, PDQ, SCCM);
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Office Suite, OneDrive, and Teams;
- Awareness of cloud computing concepts and the role of cloud apps in modern businesses;
- Basic understanding of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN) and the ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues;
- An interest in cybersecurity best practices – e.g. antivirus, phishing awareness, password security;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Highly desirable experiences
- Understanding or experience around Active Directory tools and Entra ID administration;
- Experience with VPNs and secure remote access solutions;
- Awareness of common cyber threats and mitigation techniques such as phishing and zero trust principles;
- Exposure to SMB to enterprise level firewalls, routers and networking hardware (configuration and troubleshooting);
- Working towards or have achieved a recognised certification (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals or equivalent).
