IT Support Technician – Nuneaton (Hybrid Role)

About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our Nuneaton-based IT team at PROPER SNACKS, where the IT department powers our operations—keeping people connected, systems running, and ambitions advancing. If you love solving problems and ensuring technology works seamlessly for everyone, from our London brand builders to our Nuneaton makers, this is your opportunity.

This 4-day onsite + 1-day remote role reports to the IT Operations Team Leader and is the primary onsite IT presence for our factory, warehouse, and office—while also supporting London office and remote teams.

Travel:

  • Based at our Nuneaton site (Townsend Dr, CV11 6TJ) for four days per week.
  • One hybrid work day from home (London office address: Drummond Street, NW1 3HP).
  • Approximatively monthly visits to London (with full travel reimbursement) to:
    • Build relationships with the team.
    • Align with wider business operations.
    • Provide ad-hoc cover for busy periods/holidays.

The Person

We seek a keen and people-focused IT professional who:

  • Passionately engages with technology, with a drive to solve complex problems.
  • Owns responsibilities—whether troubleshooting independently or knowing when to escalate.
  • Communicates clearly with teams across all technical levels (from non-tech colleagues to IT stakeholders).
  • Adapts flexibly to varied tasks.
  • Gains fulfillment from enhancing systems for colleagues.

Ensure you bring warmth, curiosity, and a hands-on ethic when supporting users across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will focus on onsite and remote IT support, logging/managing tickets, and upgrading infrastructure:

Core Operational Duties

  • Deliver day-to-day IT support for:
    • Nuneaton-based manufacturing, warehouse, and office staff (onsite).
    • London office users + remote work-from-home teams (remote support).
  • Manage offsite IT requirements outside third-party support, including:
    • Installing, relocating, and modifying onsite hardware/infrastructure.
    • Supporting handheld devices, printers, and operational equipment (packing, warehousing, dispatch).
    • Tackling network patching, system maintenance and security.
    • Acting as "remote hands" for external partners when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
