📍 Location: Euston, London (onsite)
💰 Rate: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour
📅 Duration: ASAP start until mid-August
We are currently seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join a busy IT support team to start ASAP on a temporary basis until mid-August, providing first-line technical support to approximately 100 onsite users and a wider user base of around 300 employees across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st line IT support across hardware, software, and user account issues.
- Support users with Active Directory, Office 365, Citrix, and video conferencing platforms including Teams Viewer, Zoom, and Webex.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT team members when required.
- Assist with IT projects and ongoing system improvements.

About You:
- Previous 1st Line Support or IT Support experience.
- Good knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and Citrix environments.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.

- Knowledge of Azure AD and Endpoint Manager.
- Experience providing remote support to end users.
- Technical certifications or an IT-related qualification.
