About The Role
Are you ready to take the next step in your career with a company that truly appreciates your contributions and provides award-winning training opportunities? We have an exciting opportunity to join our IT team as a Systems Implementation Analyst.
The UAT Facilitator and System Trainer plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between system development and end-user adoption. This dual-function position is designed to ensure that newly implemented systems are not only technically sound but also fully embraced by their intended users.
This role is responsible for the coordination and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), working closely with business stakeholders to validate that the system meets defined requirements and is ready for deployment. This role manages UAT planning and scheduling, facilitates feedback and defect review sessions, and ensures that user insights are captured, tracked, and addressed to improve system functionality, usability, and overall business readiness.
This role focuses on empowering users through targeted training initiatives. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, developing customised learning materials, and delivering engaging training sessions that build user confidence and competence. The System Trainer ensures users are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to effectively utilise the system, thereby maximising return on investment, adoption, and overall operational efficiency.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
