IT Systems Integration Coordinator

Job Title: IT Systems Integration Coordinator

Department: Adey Steel Group Reporting To: Group IT Manager

Role Overview

The Systems Integration Coordinator (SIC) will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of a new ERP system: Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and the transition away from the current in-house on-premises system, scheduled for decommissioning in 2026.

This is a fixed-term role (~12 months), focusing on:

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Process validation
  • System development support, ensuring BC meets all operational and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Shadow employees across multiple departments using the current in-house system.
  • Simultaneously replicate processes in BC to validate functionality.
  • Test end-to-end workflows across all business functions.

Gap Analysis & Issue Identification

  • Identify discrepancies between the in-house system and BC.
  • Document system gaps, inefficiencies, and risks.
  • Prioritise issues based on operational impact.

System Development Support

  • Liaise closely with the IT Systems Administrator/Developer to resolve identified issues.
  • Assist in refining system functionality and workflows.
  • Participate in iterative testing cycles to confirm fixes.
  • Collaborate with third-party suppliers (e.g., Dynamics partner) for system development, issue resolution, and integration.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
