Location: Zug, Switzerland
Our client is an exceptional boutique investment management firm with a long-established presence in the financial markets. Known for its specialist investment expertise, collaborative culture, and stable growth, the firm operates internationally and leverages technology as a key enabler of its success. They are seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to take ownership of their core technology environment and help drive future infrastructure improvements.
They are looking for a hands-on, solutions-oriented technology professional who enjoys taking ownership and making a tangible impact. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a proactive mindset, thriving in an environment where they can support day-to-day operations while contributing to longer-term technology strategy and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the firm’s server, network, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Drive infrastructure upgrades, enhancements, and optimisation projects aligned with business needs.
- Monitor systems and network performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity controls, backup processes, and disaster recovery plans.
- Provide technical support and act as a key technology partner to users across the business.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in IT systems, infrastructure, and network administration.
- Deep knowledge of Windows environments, with Linux experience viewed favourably.
- Solid understanding of networking, cybersecurity, firewalls, backup solutions, and disaster recovery.
- Experience supporting cloud-based environments and business-critical systems.
- Proactive, hands-on problem solver with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
