Think you know DHL? Think again! We're not just about delivering parcels. DHL Supply Chain is the world's leading logistics company, and our IT function serves as the vital nerve centre, connecting the dots and transforming business needs into cutting-edge solutions on a global scale. Our IT professionals are more than just tech experts; they are strategic partners who drive meaningful change through standardisation, differentiation, and innovation.

We're looking for an IT Systems Support professional to play a key role in keeping our operational technology running smoothly, supporting our warehouse and transport systems, and driving digital innovation across a fast‑paced logistics environment.

✅what You'll Do

Provide on‑site IT support, maintenance and fault diagnosis for operational systems, including WMS, WCS, TMS, automation technology and general desktop environments. Act as the first point of contact for IT issues, resolving incidents, coordinating escalations and ensuring smooth IT service delivery across the site. Support new business requirements and project activity, from system installations and testing to deployment, release planning and documentation. Manage hardware procurement, repairs and configuration while ensuring IT equipment, infrastructure and systems remain compliant, secure and fully operational. Deliver user training, create test scripts, support change management processes and maintain high‑quality IT documentation in line with governance and regulatory standards. Travel as needed to our Banbury site to provide hands‑on IT support, ensuring seamless system performance and operational continuity across both locations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
